Returns and Exchanges

All refunds will be issued within 10 business days by company check.

OrganicsForMyBaby.com prides itself on offering only the highest quality pet products available. We are totally committed to offering our customers a level of customer service that sets the standard in the industry.

With that in mind, we guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with our products or we will refund you for your purchase.

Pet foods are exempt from this policy as we cannot issue refunds due to individual pet taste.

Should you not be completely satisfied with any other products, please contact us and we will be happy to refund your money.

We will also be happy to exchange a product for another product of equal value.

Return and Exchange Procedure

-Please contact OrganicsForMyBaby.com by e-mail within 48 hours of product receipt.

-We will issue a return ticket which will include a pre-paid pickup number.

-Once the item is received, we will issue a refund within 72 hours as long as the following conditions are met.

1. The returned product must be in its original packaging.

2. Item must have been received by customer no more than 48 hours previous to e-mail receipt by OrganicsForMyBaby.com.
